We are analyzing a number of trends that are forecast for 2010 and one that stands out and makes us take notice is the prominence of the Hispanic market. Hispanic consumers represent the fastest growing segment of the population of the United States.

The growth is astounding. Representing 25% of all new births in the U.S., this segment could have a major impact on Internet businesses. Recent studies indicate that the Hispanic market is actually spending more time on the Internet than their non-Hispanic counterparts.

In fact, the Hispanic consumer would rather be online than watch television. 70% of Hispanic consumers describe themselves as simultaneous Internet users and say that they are either frequently or always online.

While making up a HUGE population pool here in the U.S., Hispanics still regard the Spanish language as their primary voice.

As localized marketing is beginning to take a foothold, expect those Internet marketers who know what they are doing to put great emphasis on catering to the Hispanic market.

Have you been thinking about marketing to Hispanics? Have you thought of a few niches that would appeal to Hispanics? Maybe as a part of the planning for your 2010 business efforts, it would be prudent to include a website or blog focused on products and services that cater to a Hispanic audience.

What products do Hispanics use? That’s an easy question…the same ones everbody else does. This isn’t a racial equation or cultural impediment that you have to worry about troubleshooting. No, it’s a marketing focus.

Selling and marketing to Hispanics is more about approach than anything else. We have marketed to many ethnic groups. Our success has been in the approach. Learning the colors, style, graphics and message that conveys respect, understanding and sincerity.

You’re not looking to trick anyone into buying anything, you are just adjusting your message to reach and saturate a different audiences.

If you want examples of what I am talking about simply sit in front of the television for about 30 minutes. Watch your normal programs for 15 minutes, and then turn on a Spanish television network for 15 minutes.

More than likely you will see similar commercials. However, notice the subtle difference in presentation and delivery. Marketing to Hispanics or any other demographic is an art form. Learn how and you’re going to be able to write your own ticket…for a long time.

The great thing about Internet marketing is the relative ease of adaptation. Where it might take a bigger company months to spot an emerging trend and then act upon it, we can move quickly. If you’re reading this article, 30 minutes later you could have a business catering to a Latin audience.

If you want to begin taking steps to be a successful Internet marketer and want to include the Hispanic market in your focus, then learn how succeed and increase your ability to make money on the Internet.

Check out the video below and take the first steps to owning your own Internet business. Once you learn the system, marketing to Hispanics will be child’s play.

Back in the 80′s when MTV launched you couldn’t go anywhere without hearing their marketing slogan…”I Want My MTV”.

Soon, it became immortalized in song by the band Dire Straits. It was haunting and compelling and now a couple of decades later everyone’s got their MTV. Too bad they don’t actually play music any more.

Now segue to the current day and the slogan might as well be “I Want My Internet”. A recent worldwide study has concluded that the Internet has eclipsed television as the favorite medium of choice.

Syngate, a global marketing intelligence company with offices around the world conducted a study involving thousands of subjects in 11 different countries and 70% of those polled said they could not do without the Internet.

“It’s not just information and entertainment, it’s communication and networking,” said Synovate Director, Philip Shaw, of the British audience.

“The Internet’s multifaceted nature makes it more compelling. This is something that TV cannot match. Advertisers are increasingly moving marketing budget online. For now, they need to ensure campaigns are effectively integrated across all media but platform convergence means that we will soon cease to think of TV and the Internet as separate things.”

One of the challenges that is faced when it comes to how to get your ex back is when he or she says let’s be friends. This is not what you want to hear. Although it is nice to be friends it means that the two of you are not likely to have sex again. It can also mean that you are going to be confided in and end up knowing a little bit too much about his or her life without you.

Sometimes after you ex says that you have no choice but to agree because you don’t want to look like you are begging for the sex that came with the relationship. When it comes to how to get your ex back relationship experts will tell you to give him or her the brush off by saying something like “I am so glad you feel that way as I was about to bring this very subject up with you before I led you on too much to think there was still hope for us.”

You could also say something like “Wow, that really does help take a lot of the pressure off and I am glad that you don’t mind if I start dating now.”

Yet tact is to say “I don’t do the friends thing. I am serious about finding a partner so I don’t have spare time for emotional involvements that don’t lead anywhere. But hey give me a call sometime!”

This might sound like you are not encouraging the relationship but that is what you want. You need to introduce an element of threat so that he or she thinks that you are like a valued commodity that is about to slip through his or her fingers and that is his or her last chance to get you back. Creating desperation and lack of access is exactly how to get your ex back.

It is very easy to teach yourself Spanish these days thanks to the wide availability of courses and materials that you can just order up online. You can also find mini-courses that are sent to you by email online.

To find a site that can help you teach yourself Spanish you simply have to look on the Internet by typing in keyword phrases like “learn Spanish quickly” or “learn Spanish for free” into the Google search engine.

After you do this you will be presented with scores of search engine results leading you to free courses, mini-courses teaching Spanish and demos of expensive language teaching courses.

If you want to spend money on these courses you definitely can order audio classes or interactive CDs. Sometimes you will be sent a program that you can download on your computer.

However you do not have to spend a lot of money to learn Spanish. You can find all kinds of ways to learn how to speak the language online. One popular way is to simply take advantage of any demo software that is being offered by a company.

The cost of learning Spanish this way might be a bit of advertising in your email inbox but as Spanish is such an easy language to learn you might just be able to become quite fluent in it by taking a few lessons from a demo.

There are also plenty of places online where you can learn the language for absolutely free. The Spanish lessons are either posted online or sent to you by your email.

If you’d like to have a go at it and experieince some real fun, then try to Teach Yourself Spanish. You’ll have a blast doing so and you’ll expand your sophistication.

We have struggling part -timers who have been trying to make money as an affiliate with Amazon..or the weekend warrior who thinks that they can make their millions on Ebay.

We’ve heard just about all of the stories and the one thing that is a common denominator is how to I find the right items to sell? What is the right niche market to get into.

Well you don’t have to worry about that anymore. If you are looking to find a niche to exploit but you’re really not sure as to how to find the right product or market, there is a new free service that will send you a Niche A Day into your email inbox every morning. If you have spent any time on our site you undoubtedly heard the autoplay video in the top right corner talking about our new service, Niche Finder.

You asked, and we answered. Niche Finder will make it really easy for you to find mony making niches. In fact you won’t have to find them…all you are going to have to do is register and they will be given to you free of charge.

Go to Niche Finder and check out how easy it is to make money on the internet in niche marketing.

It seems that every day another diet is touted on television as the new “best way to lose weight“. How are we as consumers supposed to be able to tell the difference?

We all know that there is really no magic pill to make us shed the pounds overnight that took months, if not years, to pack on. But still we spend billions of dollars looking for some kind of dietary Nirvana”.

There’s only one way that has been proven to work without fail. Eat less and exercise more. Pretty simple edict to live by. It seems that the more we search for the best way to lose weight, we have known it all along.

It’s obvious why adults have felt the allure of being a vampire for Halloween.

It seems that lately everywhere you turn these is another vampire movie or television show. What is it with vampires that fascinates us so? I actually don’t get it. However it seems that an entire sub-culture has evolved. Maybe they have taken it just a bit too far…I mean seriously.

Yet on October 31st we’ll seen tons of kids out dressed up as Dracula, arguably the most famous vampire of them all. I don’t mind kids dressing up as the Count. No, it doesn’t mean they’re going to grow up into fiends. It’s harmless fun.

This year if you’re looking for a vampire Halloween costume for you boy or girl, or perhaps you’re looking for that special outfit to wear at the party or out at the clubs, I know where you can score some really neat vampire Halloween costumes and you won’t have to give blood to afford it.

The Vampire Halloween Costumes website has a large selection of Hallows Eve wear for kids and adults.

Mermaid costumes are adorable on little girls and quite sexy on the women celebrating Halloween.

Whether your daughter loves singing along to “Under the Sea” from Disney’s Little Mermaid or if you’re an adult and Darryl Hannah intrigued you in Splash, mermaids have long been an object of fantasy folklore.

C’mon, tell me this little girl doesn’t look absolutely darling in her mermaid costume. I bet when this picture was taken she wasn’t even asked to smile. I bet she was genuinely excited to don this outfit and so will your daughter as well.

These mermaid costumes allow our daughters to be kids. Let’s not rush our girls into being pawns of Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus.

I want my little girl to be “daddy’s little girl” as long as possible and a mermaid costume like this makes both of us smile.

There are a number of very cute mermaid costumes for you to choose from. There are of course a number of variation on the Ariel theme and then you will find some very colorful mermaid costumes that are complete with tiara’s and wands.

When looking to purchase a mermaid costume be sure to get one that your daughter will be comfortable in and be able to easily walk around in. A mermaid costume may be cute and your daughter will be beautiful but having her fet caught in a tail might not be the best thing for her. Shop carefully.

As for the ladis looking for something sexy, there are some really sensual costumes that will definitely have heads turning at the parties.

If you are looking for the best mermaid costumes available, we recommend that you visit the Mermaid Costume blog and I am sure you will find what you are looking for. Huge selection and great prices with fast delivery available.

Are you ready for Halloween? Do you know what the hottest gear will be?Michael Jackson Costumesare extremely hot! I guess the King Of Pop has a legacy even bigger than what most of us could have imagined. I absolutely love Halloween. It is just too much fun. I have loved it since I was a kid and I just like the whole atmosphere.

Well, it seems that the number one pick for the top 10 Halloween costumes of 2009 is going to be a Michael Jackson Halloween Costume. After all, MJ had so many outfits for his many on stage and off stage moods or personas. Michael Jackson was undeniably the King of Pop and his legend continues on through some of the spectacular Michael Jackson costumes that can be worn at Halloween parties.

Let’s take a look at some of Michael Jackson Costumes that will be the hit of the party. The number one will indeed be the ‘Thriller’ costume. Obviously, it is more Halloween-oriented, so people will be drawn to this one. The make-up itself will be a large part, however you must make sure that you have that zombie look.

The costume is a replica of his famous two-piece red and black leather suit. What a hit this will be, with the exact look, that is immediately recognized, and don’t forget the wig, you want to pull off this look with the best integrity to the Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ look as possible. You will want to be as real as possible.

However, there are also those who want to shine and glitter like the costume with his trademark white sequined glove, just one, please! The outrageous and unique look of Michael Jackson is visually stunning and well-known.

The ‘Bad’ costume is very cool, as it is all in black and there are various studs, zippers, and buckles throughout. The gloves are black with many different elements, buckles, and very highly stylized. You want to get the Geri-Curl wig, otherwise the look will not come together as well as you want.

The ‘Beat It’ look will also be a huge hit. A red jacket with silver shoulder pads, tons of zippers, and white tee shirt, with the shorter black pants, white socks and black shoes will put you right in the mood to get dancing and partying all night. And don’t forget the wig! The undisputed King of Pop will be alive in you!

Check out the collection of Michael Jackson Costumes today!

So today’s post is about niche markets. This is a continuation from my recent post about picking the right Internet marketing affiliate program, I wanted to further address my disdain for all of the guru’s and hacks who tell you to chase a niche.

I was opening my email this morning and I found a link to yet another pontificator telling me how much money I could make if I just exploited niches like he was. “Finding –and exploiting, a small niche, or a series of small niches as I do, is the single biggest key to success…”

That’s really too bad. I mean I hope that it works out for you but like I showed you in my last post, I am not hiding my “niches”. I am not afraid of you coming into my markets. I welcome the competition…why??

Because it means that:

a. you are bringing more attention to my market which is always a good thing

b. you give me the opportunity to eat your lunch in public…accordingly I give you the same opportunity to do me in as well…that’s called competition. It’s the essence of business. I guess some Internet marketers don’t realize that.

I’m going to start featuring a “Exploitable Market Of The Day” feature here on the Massive Profits by Real Estate Radio USA blog. I figure that there are some really ambitious people out there who want to treat their sojourn to make money on the Internet as a business and understand that if you treat it as such then you can really make a ton of money.

Then once you have the spare coin available you can begin to leverage your efforts with advertising and media buys etc…in the interim however let’s talk about some so called niche markets.

Let’s look at the Panic Attack treatment and cure market. Prior to reading about competing in major markets I thought about playing in niches too. We created a site to work the panic attack market and we created a really nice site.

The problem is we listened to the gurus and stayed away from the big numbers in the market. We took really “nichey” keywords because they were supposedly easier to rank for. It was true…problem is the reason they were easy to rank for is because they didn’t spin off any friggin traffic! Man, I was an idiot.

Our site used to be optimized for Stop Panic Attacks and Panic Cure. Two keywords that were supposedly great niche market keywords.

When you look those keywords up in Google you find that the phrase match of those two keywords supposedly had great search volume. One had 100 searches per day and the other had 400 or so per day. So we figured there were 500 or so clicks up for grabs each day and if we worked really hard we could exploit this niche and even with a crappy conversion rate we could still make over a hundred bucks per day off this one niche site.

What a crock! Even after at one point ranking as high as number 2 for Stop Panic Attacks the traffic sucked and so did our conversions. It seems that the gurus who talk about niches forget to speak to you about the commerciality of the “niche keyword” that you choose.

So we didtched the BS niche keywords and decided to go after the Money Keywords. You know, the ones the gurus tell you to avoid. It’s funny what they teach, they tell you to…”make sure you find a keyword that has about 1000 searches per month and only about 10,000 competing websites“. Huh???

For just one moment think about this and apply it to real business principles. Here’s what I want you to do. I want you to imagine seeing a really crowded pizza parlor in mid-town Manhattan. A pizza parlor right in Times Square with literally tens of thousands of people coming and going right by the pizza parlor every day.

Now I want you to imagine having a discussion with a business consultant and you telling him that although there is a vacant storefront on the north side of Broadway to open your pizza parlor, you’d much rather open up your pizza parlor on this quiet street in Pasippany. What do you think he’d say to you?

Then why are so many people listening to gurus telling them to open up stores where the people “ain’t”? Make any sense to you.

I want my pizza parlor right where the big ball drops! I want my pizza parlor right in the middle of Time Square. I don’t need some worn out old diner in Parsippany to be where I’m trying to get my share of Intenet money. No I want to be where the bright lights are. I know if I can make it there I can make it anywhere….excuse me..I digress but you obviously get the point.

And puhleeeze…..don’t waste my time with bS analogies about the “long-tail” keywords. Sure I believe in the longtail! However I believe in the longtail to support an otherwise well built platform wherein you use the longtail to clearly dominate your market. We have nearly 5,000 posts on this blog and we get a boatload of traffic from thousands of longtail keywords…but we know the importance and value of optimizing for the money words as well.

We don’t use the longtail strategy as an option …it’s not an “or” decision. It is intentionally an “and” decision. We don’t want to rank for longtail keywords because the money words are too tough to rank for. No, we want to rank for longtail AND money keywords. It only makes good business sense.

So back to my foray into the panic attack market. We decided to chuck the niche markets idea and jump right into the big money keywords. We’ve re-optimized the site and decided to go after Panic Attacks as our main keyword.

Did it matter much…hmmm…here’s a keyword where all the big boys play. People like WebMD and the MayoClinic. Now we’re talking. I want to take on the real players in the market. The keyword Panic Attacks gets nearly 20,000 searches per day.

So let me get this right…the gurus say go after niches so that you can get in front of a few dozen people per day…or I can do some work and go after the big money. I can play in the big leagues with a little concerted effort.

Seems like a pretty obvious choice doesn’t it? Of course it does. If you want to create an ongoing stable business that allows you to make money on the Internet then you are going to have to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary to compete in the market wherein people actually are.

The last guy who made money where there were no people was Bugsy Siegel and I doubt you have the bankroll to create a gambling mecca in the desert. So I believe you’re alternative for making money on the Internet lies in having the moxie to compete in real markets.

If you take nothing else from what I say take this and it’s cardinal rule number 1. That is you need to sell your product to a market that wants your product, needs your product and can pay for your product on an ongoing basis so that your business can be a sustainable enterprise. That’s niche marketing baby!

Can a business in one of the so called niche markets be profitable? Sure it can. Can you make more money…a lot more money…doing a bit more to compete in Times Square…you bet your…

By the way…just to finish the story about the panic attack site, as of tonight we are number 39 after just two weeks of optimization out of 15 Million competing websites. I bet we’re number 20 by the end of the week and pushing the top 10 in 14 days or so.

Again, it’s some work but be honest and ask yourself where you’d want to be and what market you’d want to be laying claim to…be honest.

Kids Crooked Houses

So here I was looking for the next big thing. You know, that product that wasn’t on Clickbank that fell into a really good niche and then all of sudden there it was…Kids Crooked Houses!

I began talking to the manufacturers about carrying the line and I was sure I was on my way to the next “pet rock” and I was already counting the money.

Then something happened. Jon & Kate decided they wanted to get a divorce and while it seems that no one gave a hoot about that, everyone went scrambling to find out what a Kids Crooked Houses was.

So many people wanted to find out what they were that the company’s website fried and imploded from the traffic (I guess it’s not a Internet Marketer’s hype ploy. Websites do shut down from overwhelming traffic )

The funky looking, yet oh so cute, kids crooked houses go for $1,200.00 to $4,400.00. Yep…you read that right! In today’s economy people are willing to spend upwards of $5,000.00 so little Mary can have a place to play.

I told you. This was the perfect niche. A specialty item for whiny rich kids. My problem is that I had no idea it would be featured on a reality tv show with tabloid celebrities.

Suddenly my niche has become mainstream. What was a trend has now become a fad. So Jon and Kate’s kids get a kids crooked house to help them cope with the pain of their parents divorce.

What do I get for seeing my niche blow up before my eyes? Oh well…isn’t Miley Cyrus going on tour this summer? Hmmm..

Everyone talks about it, but what exactly is Niche Marketing?

If you ask 100 people you’ll probably get 100 different answers but our definition of niche marketing is to offer a product to a very defined and specific market with a very specific need. The product offered is intended to satisfy the need of a very defined demographic.

Here’s the catch…any product is a niche. Seriously, if I am selling tires, I’m selling to a demo that needs tires more than likely for some kind of a vehicle. There must be something like a gazillion vehicle owners.

So it’s not the fact that you are selling to a niche that will make you successful as a niche marketer. You have to find an under-served, financially capable niche that is in need and has a desire for your offer.

So if I was going to be looking for a niche in the tire category, I’d be looking at narrowing the focus until I found a niche (i.e. market) that I could profitably break into, that fit the criteria I previously stated.

So perhaps I would be looking at wheelchair tires. Would that be a narrow demo who would need my product who is not served by every corner store? Yep! Are they financially capable of buying the product? Well if they need a wheelchair I would think having the tires to operate it would indeed make purchasing said tires somewhat of a priority.

You see finding a niche isn’t hard. If you spend some time brainstorming you’ll be able to find a number of niches that may make sense. The challenge in niche marketing is finding products that can make you money. If you are going to delve into niche marketing you are doing so to earn a profit.

As we move forward with our new focus of making money on the Internet we are going to delve deeply into niche marketing. We’re going to show you how to find the best niches, how to find products to serve the niche you choose and how to market your products.

I think you will enjoy the information that you will see here on Internet Money and how you can derive it from Niche Marketing.

Steve Clayton and Tim Godfrey have created one of the best programs I have ever seen regarding diversifying your income via the implementation of Internet storefronts.

The program is called Niche Blueprint and it rocks. You need to buy this product. It’s that simple. You NEED to buy this product. You may think that this is crazy but one guy made $173,000.00 SELLING a site about birdcages.

Following Steve and Tim’s tutelage we have opened a few online stores most notably our store selling of all things, Train Horns. To be honest, 50 days ago I didn’t know what a train horn was. I sure do now as we bring in over $2,500.00 per day just from this one store. Seriously, selling to a global audience 24/7 is really awesome!

How much work does it take. Well, that’s the best part! Once it was set up it now takes maybe 30 minutes per week. Like the guy in the CDW commercial, you know what I call that … Sweet!

By the end of the year we expect to have 20 stores up and running.

Listen to this interview we had with Steve Clayton:

[display_podcast]

Niche Blueprint Is Coming Back! Don’t Miss It This Time!

We write and speak to a lot of people and the one question we have been asked literally hundreds of times in the past couple of months…

And that is: When are they going to be opening up Niche Blueprint again??

Well, we’ll answer that in just a moment… but first, here’s a little background information.

Unless you were residing under a rock in January this year, you’ll most likely remember the buzz surrounding the launch of Niche Blueprint.

You may also recall that because the demand was so high and the course sold so fast, we were forced to close the doors after just 36 hours in order to concentrate on training those who were lucky enough to get a place…and obviously this left many people disappointed.

But we are now able to open up again and offer a limited number of spots to those people who were left out in the cold when we closed the doors in January.

The great thing about Niche Blueprint is that in order to make money with the system:

No Email List is needed

No Products Of Your Own are needed

No Joint Venture Partners are needed

No Pay Per Click campaign is needed

No Internet Experience is needed

No Copywriting or Website Skills are needed

…and it has NOTHING to do with Affiliate Marketing and you don’t even need to pay for website traffic!

So…The doors will open again at 12pm EST next Monday March 16th March (and they will be LIMITED)…

To find out more on the Niche Blueprint program and to see why it’s taking the nation by storm, please watch these 4 free videos that explain the entire program.

Niche Marketing

Update: If you are not capitalizing on the Holiday Buying Season you are really missing out.

What Do Train Horns And Birdcages Have To Do With Real Estate?

Well, actually if you have to ask yourself that question you may be in more trouble in this economy than you even thought. You see the Internet is a new frontier, that based upon its potential, is still mostly uncharted territory.

We all know the figures…84% of those looking to jump into the real estate game do so by utilizing the Internet. Unfortunately we also know that over 90% of real estate agents really have no clue as to capture their business.

As we began Real Estate Radio USA as an online radio station and then began managing the Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Blog, we began to learn more and more about all that the online world holds for us as an opportunity. We stopped listening to old-school guru’s a long time ago and started applying maverick marketing principles that flew in the face of conventional wisdom.

The result??? How about serious success while others either went out of business or languished in their own personal hell trying to figure out how they were going to survive re-living the glory days. Yep..we’ve heard all the mundane BS. Knock on doors, mail postcards, sphere of influence…yikes, these are the tools of yesterday’s practicioner.

I’m sure there are a handful of agents making their way adhereing to this methodology and I am sure that some are quite successful. Just as there are a few hardware shops that have been able to survive in the Home Depot big box era. In fact there is one in my own neighborhood that does quite well. One!

So go ahead…call my bluff. Slam me and tell me the old school stuff works. Then give me some numbers. How many old schoolers are there who are making it in comparison to the million or so other agents who are not? What’s that percentage? Let me ask you a question.

Do you want to align yourself with a business model wherein less than 10% of those operating in that manner are even profitable…never mind actually killing it. I have heard the rhetoric about this agent closing a 100 sides per year and making a lot of money as evidence that they are still viable. But let’s not talk gross numbers.

Let’s talk in the pocket, out the door, deposits. Funny thing, you never hear that being talked about. Yet when you hear and see the checks of those who are viable in today’s real estate market many discount it and call it unbelievable.

So let me get this right. It’s more believable that someone is knocking on doors and sending out postcards and making a living than someone actually showing you checks and proof of their ability to pull down $100k per month without much effort?

The problem is most just don’t believe it. They won’t allow themselves to believe it. They stand at the water cooler spewing bile saying it’s not possible or it must be illegal for someone making that kind of money in today’s real estate market. It’s easier to say and believe that than to do some serious introspection and come to the conclusion that one is ill-prepared to capitalize on the opportunities in today’s economy.

I have even heard people now chanting the mantra that they are not in business to make money. Talk about absudity!

Instead of realizing that a “Castanza-like change is needed, they think they are being fed a line and so they stay put, existing in their own special closet of Picasso-like reality. They see what they want to see and feel comfortable in never having to look in the mirror and concsiouly examine the fact that the real estate business model as they know it is dead and gone.

Realizing that the alternative is actually stepping out on an island is a decision that is seemingly too scary to even think about. How else do you rationalize the throngs who hang out on ActiveRain who believe that “googlejuice” means they show up number 1 in the serps for” Puxnatwaney Village Condos And Homes For Sale”. (please tell me no one is really optimized for that!)

There are many ways to capture interested buyers and sellers online. Problem is you need to know how. Here’s what has been working really well for us.

We have positioned ourselves as the destination in the area to go for short sales and distressed properties. We teach a short sale course and have been teaching them for over two years both live in person and through an online short sale video course.

On the real estate sales side of things we market for an agent who has positioned herself to take advantage of our relationship and her blog has been seeded very well in Google to the point that she receives inquiries from prospects all over the world and spends less than 10 hours per week operating her Fort Lauderdale real estate business.

This is called working a niche! It’s foolish to try and serve everyone who wants everything. There are very specific tools that help you measure the viability of a niche. Once you learn how to measure a niche and research it’s capacity for profit, then fulfilling the needs of that niche guarantees you profit.

We spoke to Steve Clayton in an interview on Real Estate Radio recently. Steve is the creator of the Niche Blueprint. He designed a course that shows people how to exploit a niche for profit. His course sold out in less than 3 days.

The research he did before he created the Niche Blueprint showed him unbelievably how profitable selling to a niche can be. Would you have thought that someone selling bird cages online would be able to sell their website for $173,00.00! Or that having a website selling train horns would bring in over $15,000.00 per month?

Heck we were so convinced, we took our knowledge of SEO and wordpress and we created our own train horn store and now we are selling train horns online! Thanks Steve!

Diversification and niche exploitation…gotta love the Internet! The best part about all of this is it took us a week to build and market the site, and about 2 hours of maintenance per week and voila! Instant cash flow…serious cash flow!

Now we are set to open 1-2 stores per week selling everything from Samurai Swords to a handheld Nascar Scanner. We’ll have those stores up and running by the end of the week. Automated cashflow. That’s what I am talking about!

Another very…very…profitable niche is selling to those who are desperate! Think there are some DESPERATE homeowners out there? Do you know how to find them? Do you know what it means to be a problem solver? It’s not about sales. The sales part is easy. Child’s play. Why??? Becasue there is no sale.

Solving a real need quickly is what they are looking for…get me out of this mortgage, find me another place to live, I need to move to save my marriage…we have heard it all…getting them to sign a listing agreement or contract is EASY!! Most of these people are walking talking hardship letters.

Anyone can find a desperate seller. Walk out side and start pointing and you’ll find a desperate seller. But can you find a desperate buyer? Someone who HAS to buy a house NOW! Someone who has to close and move -in next week. Someone who means money in your pocket real fast. If you can’t find a desperate buyer it’s because you are not marketing for them.

Desperate buyers are everywhere, but you have to lay out the bait to bring them to your doorstep. Here’s a Google Adwords ad that we ran for 30 days for our Fort Lauderdale Real Estate client…and had to turn off becaause she had TOO MUCH business. We let the prospects know that there are some great deals, at great prices and we walked them to a landing page that had them frothing to get in the game.

We had ZERO compeition and it was taking candy from a baby. We’re launching a new campaign on a landing page we are creating with a theme that entices single female buyers to take action…why becasue data tells us that single female buyers are a strong niche. So we are targeting them with a marketing specific message that hits their hot buttons. What hot buttons?? The ones we found by researching that niche.

Hey ladies, think about it. What are you desperate for and what are your own hot buttons right now? Answer that and you’ll be able to exploit that niche in your area.

Now you see the problem. There is mad money to be had in real estate. But you have to be able to break from conventional wisdom and do what others are not willing to do.

Here’s a quote I read on a blog I frequent. “If you’re willing to do for a year what others won’t you can do for a lifetime what others Can’t”

That’s powerful stuff there. Hey if your feeling like you want to step out and actually DO SOMETHING, we’d love for you to join us in our Short Sale Video Course.

A-B-C-..Always Be Closing !! Live it!

Listen to the interview with Steve Clayton and learn how to exploit a niche.

Niche Blueprint Goes Live: Monday, March 16th at 12pm EST

Mark This Date In Your Calendar… Niche Blueprint Sold Out In 36 Hours when it was launched in January!

We told everyone about this unbelievable program that literally can change your life in a matter of weeks. Right after this launched in January we opened three online stores ourselves and talk about having multiple streams of income! It’s unreal.

When we set up the stores in the niches that we chose it literally took us a few hours to set up, a couple of hours per week in maintenance and now we get orders while we sleep 24 / 7.

Having our stores has added a net of over $25,000.00 per month with little or no work needed. By adding multiple stores it’s not hard to see that we’ll be bringing in as much as $10,000.00 PER DAY!

We started from scratch, no experience in the niche and we had absolutely no ideas as to what a train horn even was.

But now we sure do and if you would like an alternative stream of income or a few alternative streams of income then watch the videos below and make sure you jump on board with the Niche Blueprint opening on Monday.

Seriously, we are setting up 20 stores and the income is IMMEDIATE. We don’t need a government bailout. Order Niche Blueprint and you won’t either. Watch the Videos below and see for yourself!

Can’t believe it’s already heading into the 2nd week of 2009! Have you seen the upswing in business that you hoped for? Have you already given up on your New Year’s resolutions? Have you got a blueprint for business in 2009? We have our niche blue print. How about designing your own niche blueprint? C’mon, seriously if you did not plan out 2009 in the 4th quarter of last year you are already behind.

We’re slated to make more money in the 1st quarter of 2009 than we did in all of 2008 and that’s saying a lot! Due to some serious planning and hard effort over the holidays, Barry and I have set up our entire business operation to generate as much as $10,000.00 PER DAY!! No BS!

We told you we were going to be focusing Real Estate Radio solely on making money and we are doing nothing but backing that up. If you are coming along for the ride you are going to have the most profitable year of your life. If you still are sitting around waiting for people to show up at some lame open house then you might as well hit the back button on your browser right now.

I have come to realize that much to my surprise, there are a lot of people, a lot of real estate agents out there who aren’t interested in making money. I am not buying it for a second. I can’t. If I did I would be afraid of becoming socialistic. While we are living in a handout world, I still think that Capitalism is the foundation of America.

I keep reading from sorry, non-performing realtors that “we’re not in it for the money..we’re here for our clients”. Good luck with that!

We buy and sell real estate TO MAKE MONEY! It’s THE only reason I am involved with real estate and real estate investing.

That being said, as a business man and an investor, I also know the importance of a diversified portfolio. So that is why I am sharing all of these opportunities with you. If you never want to be in a position where you are beholden to the one egg in your basket not breaking, then you’d better buy some chickens!

The idea here people is to have a diversified portfolio of businesses all cranking out golden egs for you. Doesn’t that just make simply good business sense? Of course it does.

I wanted to take a minute and talk to you about one of the opportunities that will allow you to begin entering an arena where the world is your market and truly your oyster. We have jumped on diversifying big time with auto-pilot websites selling everything from airbrush makeup to colon cleanse products, to natural yeast infection cures, to panic attack remedies. Yes… you read that right, we have a site about a yeast infection cure !

Now we have moved into the realm of storefronts. I’m not talking ebay people. While some may opt for that, I’m talking online storefronts selling niche products to a global market. For instance would you think that selling a weightloss product showing someone how to get six-pack abs would be a way to make $300-$400 per day on one website? (By the way if you had too much turkey and sweet potatoes over the holidays…you really might want to check that out..sorry I coudn’t resist)

Would you think that making $500.00 per day on something called a “train horn” would be possible?

Do you think that making that kind of money without having to do anything at all would be possible? Well you’re right. But if you are willing to spend about say 4-6 hours per week, then all of the above is true. You just have to locate the right niche, put up your store, and sell to the world. Put that in your listing agreement and smoke it why don’t ya!

So let me introduce to you the Niche Blueprint System. I think you will see that this is one bad a#$ way to make some cash in 2009.

We’re already seeing major results and I don’t mind sharing the information with you. Hey, if you don’t want to diversify, that’s fine. It’s all good. We just know that there are some people out there that want to actually make some serious jack in 2009 and here’s another way.

More to come for sure! Count on it. Looking to make all who venture here a ton of money in 2009!

When we made decision to be less of an editorial blog to more of site whose main focus would be showing people how to make money, we spent a lot of time researching and vetting out many opportunities. Accordingly we still seek out money making opportunities that make sense for our business plan.

What are the criteria? Easy, any such opportunity must have the potential to generate at least $10,000.00 per month and involve less than 5 hours per week of time managing the operation. What we have since found is that some of our niche operations have the potential to generate $10,000.00 or more PER DAY! Shazam!! Yahtzee!! I call that …sweet! Do you have a niche blueprint? Want one?

Knock on wood, we have been able to find quite a few things that have clicked for us to allow us to enjoy the fruits of a Capitalistic society while so many whine about the economy being down. The economy isn’t down. What may be down is that market in which you are operating.

If you can’t move any listings, maybe you should now realize that you should be courting buyers. If people aren’t reading your blog maybe you should get with the program and start a great Adwords campaign. Maybe if you are only selling one house per year, call it a day and move on to something else.

Bottom line DO SOMETHING!. That’s our new motto. I’m going to wear it out in everything I write about..maybe even see if it is trademarked. DO SOMETHING!! I like the sound of it.

Here’s a hint. Hanging around writing blog posts that don’t do anything to generate you money is a waste of time. Networking??? Quick question, has exchanging banter on Twitter or Active Rain allowed you to live the life that you want to live? Be honest!

Socializing on social network is fine if that’s how you’d like to spend your time. Me, I’d prefer to send a Tweet asking if anyone has extra tickets to the Super Bowl. I’d rather tweet about meeting up at my skybox suite at the Daytona 500 next month. I’d rather tweet about a big game fishing trip in the bahamas to see if anyone that is on my follow list wants to fly in and hang out.

Now that’s socializing! Why can I do this? because our business generates MONEY!! No lamenting here except for the fact that i wish that I could clone myself. That and the regret that I did not learn more about the Internet years ago. Oh yeah…and that I did not learn how to speak Japanese. But I’m working on that one. Domo Arigato baby!

Anyway, what allows us to do what we want is the proverbial outlook of not putting all of our eggs in one basket. Right now we are running about 20 blogs selling products ranging from real estate courses to curing yeast infections. Seriously…no joke. Laugh if you want, but the worst site that we have which is a site promoting colon cleansing does $75.00 per day. The best site we have does over $2,500.00 per day (no, not giving you the goods for free on that one!) …and this is all in ADDITION to our real estate endeavors.

Barry J and I have agreed to launch a new site each week until we average collectively $10,000.00 per day. Then it’s party time!

Time spent managing these sites? A few hours on Saturday. Other than that it takes more time moving money from one merchant account to various holding accounts. However I guess that’s a good problem.

So, another question, what are you doing to generate $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 per day in income? Oh that’s right…you’re garnering points on Active Rain or hearing how someone’s new listing isn’t getting any play on Twitter. Good job.

For the rest of you who are actually interested in making money, this is the place for you to be. I can’t tell you how great it is to have a global market to sell to. If you consume it, so does someone else. So why not have a website that sells it to them?

Heck, I’m even designing a site for my wife so that she can sell ^%@* online. We’ve researched her niche and found it to be very viable. Since she’s only looking to pull in an extra $5,000.00 or so per month it is going to be a slam dunk. The ^%@# market will easily allow he to sustain that while working less than 5 hours or so per week on it.

Many who read this will say “no way”…too bad. Small minds never succeed. I can literally show you sites that are killing it that you would NEVER have imagined. It’s all about niches and diversification. Seriously..what the heck do I know about panic attacks? Nothing, but I get paid for helping others find out information on it.

Anyone, anywhere can do this if you just open your mind. For instance, could you imagine making $170,000+ selling bird cages?

No, that wasn’t a misprint and If I had not read about it myself in the New York Times I wouldn’t have believed it and certainly wouldn’t be telling you about it. But it’s true!

However, be sure to read this carefully and quickly because as you’ll discover in a moment, time is of the essence.

You see, there’s been a ton of buzz around this system over the past few days and if you’re one of the few people who haven’t heard about it yet, let me quickly fill you in on the details…

This is SO unique that most people don’t even know it exists. But it most assuredly does. It has enabled the creators, whom I met last year when I was involved in the marketing of one of their other products to make crazy sums of money seizing the opportunities that exist in certain niche markets.

Let me throw some FACTS your way…

$173,063 profit from a site on Bird cages

$14,134 per month from a site on Train Horns… (seriously flippin Train Horns!!!)

$7123 per month from another selling Sewing Machines.

… and that’s literally just the tip of the iceberg…

As I said above, and hopefully you took a moment to see for yourself, these results are SO extraordinary, believe it or not they have actually been featured in both the New York Times and on Fox News.

Here’s the odd thing. What these guys are doing doesn’t involve any BS affiliate marketing, no Shop to Earn, no ebay…no Adsense, no selling ebooks or any of the usual type of stuff…and here’s the best thing:

In order for you to successfully copy this *million dollar* business and make tens of thousands of dollars each month as well, you won’t need ANY of the usual pre-requisites that normally determine whether you succeed or fail at making money online.

The simple fact of the matter is this…To make this work for you, and generate a ton of cash, you’ll need…

No Email List

No Product Of Your Own

No Affiliates or Joint Venture Partners

No Expensive Google Pay Per Click Campaigns

AbsolutelyNo Internet Marketing Experience Required

No Copywriting or Web / Html Skills Needed

Free Internet Traffic Drives Revenue

No Blogging Needed

…and because all of the above usually take months or even years to master, it basically means that you can start earning faster than any other type of online business that has ever been devised.

Listen, 2009 is going to be a tough year financially for those who do not plan, diversify and explore all options. We all know that and we’d be kidding ourselves if we thought it wasn’t.

As I see it, this is one of the best ways to expand one’s income and with such little prior knowledge needed, you can be generating substantial profit right away. Seriously when you watch the videos you’ll be wide-eyed like I was. Best thing is you can do your own due diligence right away and confirm everything for yourself.

I’m already in and making a serious amount of cash on this program. Hey, you may read this and decide it’s not for you but if there’s a chance that you might be interested, you had better move on this.

There are only very limited spots available and judging by how fast this has spread around the net, they’ll go ultra fast…possibly in the next few hours.

So here’s what you do…

1. Download the training materials
2. Follow the Step By Step instructions
3. Get free traffic
4. Start making money
…and whatever you do, don’t mull over this one – you simply won’t have time.
