Grand Prize Random Drawing: A participant is automatically entered in the promotion when they complete and submit the online registration form, and a monthly winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by U.S. mail and/or email. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion. Odds of winning are dependant upon the actual number of entries received. 4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Winner must be in foreclosure, and provide management of the promotion with bank contact information for verification purposes only. Participant's must be in foreclosure from a lending institution.
