I was reading a post on my favorite real estate social network and the writer was stating something I hear quite often. That you need to be very aggressive in making sure the bank does not reduce your commission. In fact the writer of the post I mentioned said:
From the “I saw this coming a mile away department”…it has finally happened. Frustrated municpalities are beginning to chase anyone and everyone associated with a run down, neglected foreclosure that is adding to blight in their communities.
There has been such an uproar lately in the blogging community that I felt compelled to take a look. Rather than get involved in all of the hype, anger and hysteria surrounding the now pending case.
It seems that while the Ummel case grabbed a bit of the spotlight because of her lawsuit, she in fact was not the trailblazer she hoped to be. Rather, it seems, she is following the course of action of another lawsuit against a real estate agent.
